Citrus Heights, California, will soon have a food truck plaza, as construction has begun on the property. Once opened, it will accommodate up to 15 food trucks, according to a report by Citrus Heights Sentinel.
The plaza will feature tables with lighted pyramid awnings. It will also have security cameras and fencing for safety. No alcohol will be allowed at the food trucks.
