Cleveland food truck launching restaurant location

The Parilya food truck in Cleveland, Ohio is aiming to open a restaurant in Olmsted Falls at the corner of Bagley and Columbia roads.

The Filipino food truck will stay in operation and handle the catering business, according to a Cleveland Scene report.

Owner Roger San Juan launched the truck four years ago and the restaurant will feature an expanded food truck menu including desserts.
