College culinary program adds a food truck to the curriculum

The Blue Ridge Community and Technical College, in Martinsburg, West Virginia, now boasts its own food truck called the Bruin Express.

The food truck will help the college's culinary art students learn about the food truck business and presents an educational opportunity, according to a Herald-Mail Media report. It's an elective course in the hospitality program.

The truck, which is selling its fare on the college's campus as well as in nearby business areas, was obtained through a grant effort and cost about $125,000.
