Colorado brewery rolls out a food truck

The Left Hand Brewing Company in Ongmont, Colorado is operating a food truck called Handhelds by Left Hand.

The grand opening was held earlier this month at the brewery's tasting room on Boston Avenue, according to a Brew Bound report.

The food truck serves up everything from giant pretzels to pizza and truffle Parmesan fries. Several sauces and marinades are made with the brewery's brews.

"We recently changed our license to a brew pub in order to expand our beverage offerings to include cocktails, wine and cider in addition to our beers. This required us to increase our food service, and we thought what better opportunity to introduce an on-campus food truck," Jill Preston, Left Hand's director of marketing and hospitality, told the news outlet.
