Out of town food trucks are now allowed to set up for sales in Avon, Colorado following the town council revisions to a food truck rule that limited food truck activity to ones owned and operated by local residents and restaurants.

The revision was approved earlier this month, according to a Vail Daily report.

At present there is only one truck selling food in the town, Rocky Mountain Taco, which was grandfathered into approval when the 2020 regulation was put in place.
