Colorado food hall allows food trucks to expand

Edgewater Public Market, a new 52,000-square-foot food hall at 5505 W. 20th Avenue in Edgewater, Colorado,has provided a chance for 14 food trucks to host a restaurant, along with a coffee shop, a bar, eight retail shops, and a soon-to-open brewery, according to a Denver Business Journal report. 

The food hall was created by LCP Development, a property development and management company.

The market is open Sunday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. and Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m., according to its website.
