Colorado food truck aims to feed truck drivers in wake of COVID-19

The Big Mike's Pork N Wings food truck has a select clientele these days — semi truck drivers passing through Grand Junction in Colorado.

The food truck had been serving up lunch at the Tractor Supply location but now is focused on truckers so they don't have to worry about finding a place to eat as the pandemic has shuttered most restaurants and taverns, according to Colorado Sun and Daily Sentinel reports.

Last week the truck served up 100 meals in one evening to drivers passing through The Pilot Truck Stop and even more the next night, according to the reports.
