Colorado food truck puts Philly spin to menu

Those loving a Philly cheesesteak in Routt County, Colorado are in luck as one of the newest food trucks offers the cheese steak hoagies.

The Shreddies Food Truck, run by Chef Jake Berman, launched in late May and aims to expand beyond the Philly specialty, according to a Steamboat Pilot & Today report.

"We wanted to be able to be mobile and to capitalize on different festivals, or locations, or events or catering opportunities — whatever it may be — and not have a fixed brick-and-mortar location," Berman told the news outlet. "Currently, we're doing cheese steaks and hoagies."

The truck serves from a parking lot at 2680 Copper Ridge Circle on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
