Ever since the pandemic hit in 2020 a Colorado Springs food truck has been helping feed those in need in Colorado.

The Filipino Food Truck, launched by Lorry Martinez and Adan Garcia in 2017, has set up to serve at the Springs Rescue Mission, providing food to 200 residents living on the streets, according to a KOAA.com report.

"We can go into our kitchen and have a hot meal. They can't," Garcia told the news outlet
