A growing number of food trucks in Colorado Springs are getting involved in a recently-created effort called Food Trucks Against Homeless that is now serving 85 people every Monday.

The program was developed by Tracey Porter and March Langlois and is run from the Westside Cares parking lot, according to KOAA News report.

Porter developed a Facebook Group called Food Trucks Against Homelessness to get food trucks involved in the effort as well as a way to raise money for the initiative.
