Colorado Springs opens food truck lot

Colorado Springs, Colorado recently opened a food truck lot called The Lot. The launch featured a variety of food offerings such as sushi, pizza and tacos, according to a report by CPR.

This is the first food truck lot in the area since one that was briefly open near Palmer High School.

The lot will operate Wednesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. It will also have seating, with shaded areas coming in the future. Food trucks will rotate out of four spots.
