Colorado town to host festival featuring food trucks

The Pueblo, Colorado, parks and recreation department will host its inaugural SummerFest from 1–8 p.m., June 2, at City Park, according to The Pueblo Chieftain. The event will feature food trucks, vendors, a beer garden and music.

So far, eight food trucks and four vendors have signed up for the event, according to an update provided last week to the city council by Steven Meier, director of the parks and recreation department.
