Complaints temper food truck activity in Florida town

January 14, 2020

A brewhouse in Bonita Springs, Florida is no longer a popular place for food trucks since the city began enforcing an ordinance that limits the city to five food trucks, according to a Naples Daily News report.

The city began enforcing the 2012 restriction after the brewery, Momentum Brewhouse, moved to a new location in May. Neighbors complained about the food trucks at the new location. Only four of the 13 trucks that gathered at the parking lot are legally permitted in the city.
