Connecticut getting food truck park

Connecticut residents who love a food truck park will be happy to hear the Stratford Zoning Commission has approved plans for a food truck park at the corner of Washington Parkway in Stratford.

The park will be home to four trucks, according to a CT Post report. The park is the brainchild of Little Pub owner Douglas Grabe.

"We're thrilled with the commission's decision and very happy that it came out in a positive light for us," Grabe, who also owns The Surfside Hotel, told the news outlet. "We're looking forward to getting started and moving forward with activities at the lot."

He said the park could be up and running mid month.
