Corpus Christi food truck festival kicks off

A food truck festival in downtown Corpus, Christi, Texas is back on after the COVID-19 pandemic put the event on hold for a year.

The event, near the bayfront in Shoreline, also highlighted local food vendors and will take place for the next few weekends, according to a KRIS TV report.

"We're pretty excited we're back , all the food trucks you'll be seeing them more at our events throughout the state, we are excited to be here today," festival organizer John Garcia told the news outlet.
