The Cousins Maine Lobster is busy serving up its seafood fare in Denver, thanks to the brand's first franchise operation in Colorado.

Its first stop was at the Joyride Brewing Co., according to a Denver Post report.

The food truck will also be visiting Lone Treet, Littleton and Boulder in the next few months. The franchise is owned by Raj Mohan. The brand was founded in 2012 by cousins Jim Tselikis and Sabin Lomac.

"There are not a lot of lobster options in Denver, and the market is very food-truck friendly," Mohan told the news outlet. "We have already experienced a warm welcoming from breweries and other businesses seeking to partner with us and we are excited to deepen our ties with the community."

The franchise marks the fourth for Mohan and his brother Rahul as they own three Cousins Maine Lobster food trucks serving San Francisco, California.
