Cousins Maine Lobster, a seafood restaurant and food truck brand, is going on a food truck tour through New Mexico with its Dallas-based truck. The truck will make several stops in the region, selling Maine lobster and New England food, according to a press release.

It will serve the Maine Roll, featuring chilled mayo, the Connecticut Roll, which is warm with butter and lemon and the Garlic Butter Roll. The road trip will run from Oct. 5 to 11 and will stop at El Paso, Albuquerque, Taos, Rio Rancho, Los Alamos, through Oct. 9 before returning to Albuquerque on Oct. 10 and ending at Sante Fe on Oct. 11.

"Bringing the Dallas truck through El Paso and New Mexico gives us the chance to share the Cousins Maine Lobster experience with both longtime fans and first-time customers," a Cousins Maine Lobster Dallas' franchisee said in the release. "I'm especially excited to meet our customers in person, and experience the energy each community brings to the tour."
