Cousins Maine Lobster serving up in Texas

The Cousins Maine Lobster food truck will be landing in Longview, Texas on the second Wednesday of every month throughout 2022.

It will park at HTeaO on Toler Road from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., according to a Longview News-Journal report.

"We get a lot of requests from outer lying communities to bring our food truck to the area because there's nothing remotely close to it," Laurel Watson, events manager for the company's Texas region, told the news outlet. "We have found these little cities embrace us and welcome us warmly. It's been a good fit both ways ... It's been rewarding for us."
