Crave Hot Dogs and BBQ is taking its dogs on the road via food trucks. The Long Island-based chain has partnered with Jordan Schild of Premiere Food Trucks, which gives the brand the ability to offer franchised food trucks nationwide.
"We have seen a very large increase in demand for Crave food trucks and want to be able to produce these trucks for franchisees and have them available nationwide." Crave said." It is very important to meet the demand of our customers and be able to have Crave trucks and locations located throughout the U.S. where our followers and customers can grab fast and affordable barbecue and hot dogs."
The trucks will offer a full Crave menu and other options as well. The brand is in negotiations for food trucks in Florida, Tennessee and Nevada.
Crave has five brick-and-mortar locations throughout the U.S. and is opening five more by spring with six others signed and now seeking real estate, CEO Samantha Rincione told FastCasual. Future openings will be in Dawsonville Georgia; Wilmington, North Carolina, Yukon; Oklahoma; Houston, Austin and Dallas, Texas, as well as Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Orlando, Florida and Charlotte, North Carolina.
