Cuban fare grabs top ranking among Miami's top 5 food trucks

Visitors to Miami can always count on good Cuban cuisine, but the longtime culinary favorite is getting some competition from smoothies and juices, not to mention the increasingly popular Mexican flavors.

That much is evident from the top five food trucks ranked by Hoodline, which bases its ratings on Yelp reviews and its “secret sauce,” as Yahoo News reported.

Topping the list is Caja Caliente, featuring Cuban fare at 2634 N.E. Second Ave., offering tacos and more, boasting 4.5 stars out of 325 Yelp reviews.

A.C.'s Icees at 2400 S. Bayshore Drive was runner up with 4.5 stars out of 121 Yelp reviews, offering juices and smoothies and more.

Third place honors goes to Taqueria Los Chilangos, at 1801 N.W. 7str, Suite 7 in Little Havana, which boasted 4.5 stars out of 43 Yelp reviews and features Mexican fare.

Orale Pana, at 2805 N.E. Second Ave., came in fourth place with 4.5 stars out of 29 Yelp reviews, and offers burgers, tacos and more.

Twice Butter, 2250 N.W. Second Ave., came in fifth place with 4.5 stars out of 40 Yelp reviews, also offering Mexican fare.
