One of the latest food trucks in Ontario, Canada is all about blending food cultures.
The Fusionz food truck, which serves up in Elora and Fergus, offers up everything from poutine to jerk chicken, according to an EloraFergus Today report.
The food truck was born after one of its owners, Anthony Patterson, saw his DJ work dry up due to COVID-19.
So he melded his love of food and love for different cultures in creating the food truck.
"The slogan that I have is bringing cultures together one dish at a time," Patterson told the news outlet. "I thought it was a cool way to not force culture on people but do it in a fun and appealing way even if you've never tried an Indian dish or a Spanish dish or a Jamaican dish."
