Deadline nearing for food truck rodeo T-shirt contest

Those interested in submitting a design for the Rollin' on the River Food Truck Rodeo T-shirt contest have just about two weeks as the deadline is Feb. 28.

The 2019 contest is just one of many activities happening during the second annual rodeo taking place Saturday, April 27 in Bisset Park, in Roanoke, Virginia, according to a report at The Roanoke Times.

The shirts will be sold during the event and the winner receives a $100 prize. Entries can be emailed to rollinontheriverrodeo@gmail.com.

The rodeo is part of the third annual Radford University Athletics Highlander Pride Weekend.Event highlights include live music and children’s activities.
