Just a year ago Yolanda Parson launched a crab-focused food stand and now is running a food truck called Crab Cravers and her fan base is growing.

The truck is located at Baul's Auto Center at Northeast Boulevard and East 16th Street in Wilmington, Delaware and the grand opening celebration last week featured a free cookout and even a bouncing castle, according to an AP report at U.S. News.

"I was just a stand and a couple pots," Parson told the news outlet about the initial start of her business. "By myself, cooking and sweating, but I did it and they were coming left and right for my crabs."

Now she's known as the "neighborhood crab lady" and said her first year in business has been one of learning experiences.

A big key to her success are her spice blend, dipping sauce and homemade punch.
