Des Moines food truck hall introduces ordering app

The Hall DSM, a recently opened dining concept in Des Moines, Iowa, that combines food trucks and a bar at The Foundry in Valley Junction, has introduced an ordering app for customers, according to the Des Moines Register. 

Customers can now order food by simply downloading the app, viewing the selections, adding items to their cart, entering payment information and placing their order. Their name then appears on a screen indicating that their meal is being prepared. 

The app also links to the hall's page for beer browsing. Drinks must be ordered through a server. The app also lets customers collect points for each dollar spent on food.

Every day the open beer hall space features a different food truck from its rotating roster. Local favorites include 515 Pi, Bahn ME and Curbin' Cuisine.
