Destroyed food truck to reopen

The Bite, a food truck in Tumalo, Oregon, was recently destroyed by a fire, but will reopen in a trailer, according to a report by Central Oregon Daily.

The fire started in the ductwork of the kitchen hood due to grease, and also ignited above the suppression system in the hood. The second trailer will serve breakfast burritos and burgers.

"We'll pull in our second trailer into (The Bite) so we can keep our employees working and keep providing our customers what they expect," Meagan Pena, owner, said in the report.
