Dole Food food truck tour hits 9 states

A food truck operated by the Dole Food Co. has completed a two-month East Coast tour during which it stopped at 99 stores across nine states.

During the tour the truck doled out nearly 10,000 reusable totes, bag clips and tumblers and nearly 20,000 coupons for Dole Salad, according to a Supermarket Perimeter report.

At each stop, typically at a grocery store, the food truck was greeted by store managers and racked up over 250 hours of shopper and store associate interactions.
