Doughnut truck rolls into Indiana county

The latest of the growing number of food trucks in Indiana is serving up a sweet treat.

The Donut Central Mobile Command food truck, serving up doughnut fare in Jackson County, offers treats created at the owner's bakery, Donut Central, located at 1504 Central Ave. in Columbus, according to a report at The Republic.

The truck is serving the communities of Seymour, Brownstown and Crothersville.

"Word of our doughnut shop has spread to many communities that surround Columbus, and we have heard many ask us to come to their towns," Donut Central co-owner Norma McLeod told the news outlet.

The food truck's menu includes glazed yeast doughnuts and cream- and jelly-filled Bismarcks.
