Duluth food truck is full of crepes

There is a food truck in Duluth, Minnesota that isn't going anywhere anytime fast but that's not stopping it from serving up European-flavored crepes.

The Crepes Amour food truck is operating alongside the North Shore Scenic Railroad and given engine issues it won't be rolling around town, according to a Fox21 report.

The walk-up eatery is run by the railroad enterprise to offer food for riders and local workers.

"So, your traditional sweet crêpes has fruit, chocolate and whipped cream. And the savory crêpes … is very unique because it has cheese that is crispy and then there's also choices of chicken, bacon, ranch, and then I make a special dressing that I put on it, secret dressing because it's secrete love, and it's just really fun to do this," owner Lind Nervick told the news outlet.
