Dumpling food truck a dream come true for Massachusetts operator

The Sola's Disco Dumplings, now in its third year of serving Wareham, Massachusetts locals, is a dream come true for owner Sola Lee.

Lee has extensive experience working in the restaurant industry and with catering companies, and learned the art of dumpling making at a very young age.

This season she's busy making specialty dumplings drawing from cuisines in South and North China, according to a Wareham Week report.

"Owning a neighborhood food truck has always been a dream," Lee told the news outlet.
