Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson food truck makes special stops for first responders

One of the latest stops by the Mana Mobile food truck, run by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, was the Louisville Fire Department headquarters in downtown Louisville, Kentucky.

The truck served up free French toast sticks and tacos for the first responders, according to a Leo Weekly report.

The stop is part of the Mana Mobile tour that kicked off in July. The truck is visiting fire houses, hospitals and military bases and has made just about two dozen stops so far.

The truck is part of Johnson's media campaign for his tequila brand Teremana.
