Electronic music producer Bear Grillz to open Denver food truck with doughnut sandwiches

RJ Pangelinan, an electronic music producer that goes by Bear Grillz, plans to open a food truck in Denver called the Electric Donut Factor, which will offer doughnut sandwiches. He will work with EDM artist Michael Stryer and chef Tom Coohill to launch the concept in November, according to a report by The Denver Post.

The food truck will begin with a menu of three sandwiches and one side including a fried chicken sandwich with chipotle mayo on glazed doughnut buns, a burger between glazed doughnuts and a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on cinnamon doughnuts.

"We're really excited to get this out to everyone in Denver and then eventually around the rest of the world," Styer said in the report. "I can't think of a better place to launch it than Denver, a city that's so receptive to new ideas and (has) such a fun culture for this kind of product."
