Food trucks will not be permitted to park on-street in Fargo, North Dakota, because city officials were not able to able to agree on a plan Monday, according to InForum.com. The commissioners wanted to test a plan for street parking but could not agree whether to limit the trucks to the city's downtown.
The proposed law would have permitted food trucks to park on the street in certain parts of downtown. Under existing law, the trucks can park only on private property.
