Food trucks will be permitted to operate on city streets in Fargo, North Dakota, if the city commission approves a pilot program during a July 2 meeting scheduled, according to WDAY-TV.
Food trucks will be allowed to park on public rights-of-way within the city's business district, except for 10th Street North, Main Avenue, Broadway, Roberts Street and part of NP Avenue.
Food trucks currently operate primarily on private properties with property owners' permission. The trucks can also operate at public parks and state fairs with permission.
