The Cuban Street Café, in Ames, Florida, is more than a food truck operation that serves up Cuban fare. It's also paying homage to the owners' Cuban heritage, according to an Ames Trib report.

The owners, father and son Willie Fonseca and Anthony Fonseca, run the truck at 120 Airport Road. Willie Fonseca's family immigrated to the U.S. when he was three, during the time of the Cuban Revolution. Son Anthony was born after his father settled in Orlando.

"I was raised here, but my parents are Cuban. Some of the recipes we use are my mom's," Willie Fonseca told the news outlet. "And some are Anthony's — a few of his own recipes that he's developed."

The Cuban Street Cafe serves lunch and dinner.
