This Halloween is like no other given COVID-19 rules and social distancing requirements, making traditional door-to-door trick-or-treating something out of reach.
So one Maryland volunteer fire truck company decided to make sure local children enjoyed the holiday with a costume contest and Halloween-themed food truck event.
The White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company hosted a Halloween food truck event this week as part of its Food Truck Tuesday program, according to a Patch report.
Candy stations were set up outside the fire station on Philadelphia Road and the event even included a costume contest for dogs.
