First Baltimore Food Truck Week coming soon

The inaugural Baltimore Food Truck Week has signed up more than 20 trucks as its kick-off date approaches. The event will be Nov. 6 to Nov. 12, according to the Baltimore Business Journal. Organizer Willy Dely expects 50 trucks to participate.

Dely, owner of Au Jus Solutions, a hospitality consultancy, has spent the past few months organizing the event he conceived as a way to bring more visibility to the city's food trucks as colder weather approaches.
