Restaurants of all sizes are exploring the use of artificial intelligence to cut labor costs, reduce errors, improve customer satisfaction and enhance the customer experience. A 2022 Forrester survey, for example, reported that 69% of companies said they reduced operating costs with chatbots and automation using AI, and about half of the 2,000 restaurant operators surveyed in 2021 by Lightspeed said they were planning to use some form of automation technology.
In an effort to shed some light on the best ways to incorporate AI, five industry leaders using the technology will share their stories in the session, "Embracing AI without Killing Your Budget," during the annualFast Casual Executive Summit, Oct. 8-10 in Louisville.
