Florida food truck builder to expand operations

Premier Food Trucks plans to expand to a 10,000-square-foot shop in Bunnell, Florida, to build food trucks priced up to about $200,000, according to a Daytona Beach News Journal report. The company recently took advantage of Bunnell's business incentives.

The expansion will allow the company to build 20 food trucks per year compared to the current 13 to 15, said Jordan Schild, one of three partners in the company. He said he hopes to increase that number to 24 to 26 units by the end of 2021.
