Florida food truck gets a new chef

The Hamlet's Eatery food truck, in Sarasota, Florida, has a new chef at the helm.

Lisa Shields, who once operated a food truck in Virginia, is now overseeing the truck's fare which includes everything from sliders and hot dogs to vegetarian items, according to a Sarasota Magazine report.

The truck operates at The Bazaar on Apricot and Lime and has been in business since 2020.
