Food truck names are often unique and creative, but one Florida food truck moniker is more special than most as it honors a lost daughter.

The Marlee Rae's truck, which operates in southwest Florida, was named after Marlee Rae, a preemie daughter born to Chris and Tiffany Countryman, who lived just three weeks, according to an NBC2 report.

Their daughter's death prompted the couple to start their own business. Initially that was a restaurant, but given the ongoing pandemic, the couple embarked on the food truck which they hope will lead to a brick-and-mortar eatery.

"Being new to the area, we get a lot of questions about our name. Here is our story. We strive to carry on for our daughters that are with us, and to honor our daughter, Marlee. We do what we do, for family," wrote the couple on their food truck Facebook page.

"You have two choices there, you can dwell on it… or you can do something good with it," Tiffany told the news outlet.
