Food festival kicking off in Waterloo, Iowa

A food truck festival will mark the Labor Day weekend in Waterloo, Iowa.

The inaugural event, happening Sept. 4 at RiverLoop Expo Plaza, has been organized by Main Street Waterlook and JSA Development, according to a News 7 KWWL report.

The event will include awards to food trucks on most flavorsome and food favorite with attendees participating in some of the voting.

While tickets are $5 for adults there is a VIP ticket for $50 that lets attendees use "fast food" lines and access to a tent for shade as well as food and drink samples.
