Mother Road Market, a newly launched food hall in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is giving food trucks, retailers and others a venue where they can experiment with concepts and attract new customers.
The $5.5 million, 27,000 square-foot market, developed by the nonprofit Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation, is located along Route 66 in the old 1939 Scrivner-Stevens grocery. The renovated space accommodates approximately 20 eateries and retailers.
The site also features an 8,100 square-foot patio with a view of the Tulsa skyline, according to the report.
