Charleston, South Carolina will soon have a Food Truck-O-Rama, similar to food truck hubs in Portland and Austin, according to Charleston City Paper. Partners Mike Veeck, Brad Creger and Bill Murray said they have broken ground on the project, located at 2130 Mt. Pleasant Street.
The site will house "pop-ups" in addition to food trucks, according to Creger.
The lot will have space for five trucks on one side of the lot. There will be a building in the middle housing indoor and rooftop dining and a "containership" bar. There will be parking on the right side of the property.
The Food Truck-O-Rama is scheduled to open as early as August.
