Food park opens in San Antonio

StreetFare SA, San Antonio's newest food truck park, has opened, according to Rivard Report. The one-acre park located off of Austin Highway features a central picnic area with a semi-enclosed pavilion, a playground, a beer pong table and cornhole games on the perimeter. A silver Airstream travel trailer houses a staffed bar serving alcohol. 

Owner Dakota Day wants to have six trucks in the park every day, and will make sure that no two trucks will feature the same types of food on the same day.

To date, scheduled food trucks include Berbere Ethiopian Cuisine; Cilantro Mexican Fusion Food Truck; Cousins Maine Lobster; The Lone Star Food Truck; MalDonado's Grill; Mesquite Shack BBQ; Poke Man Sushi Bowls; SlimeDog; Truck N' Taco; and Tucker's Kitchen.
