Food Truck Carnival returns to Northglenn, Colorado

This weekend, the city of Northglenn, Colorado will hold its second annual Food Truck Carnival at the Northglenn Recreation Center and behind City Hall, according to Fox 31.

The event will be larger this year, featuring more than 25 food trucks, live music, a full carnival, a bigger bar and walk-around entertainment. 

The trucks will feature a variety of food, including barbecue, gluten-free items, sushi, Mexican, Cajun, pizza, Ethiopian and a cereal truck.
