Food truck competition in Indianapolis this weekend

The Central Indiana Food Truck Battle will be held from 4:30 to 10 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday at 1151 Main St., Indianapolis, hosted by Speedway's Daredevil Brewery, according to an Indianapolis Star report. The event is free and free parking will be available.

Attendees will vote on Central Indiana's Favorite Food Truck and Best Looking Design/Wrap. The trophy presentation is slated for 9 p.m. Saturday. 

Food trucks include: BRICS, Broad Ripple; Chef Dan's Indy; Da Blue Lagoon; Dizzy Izzy's Food Truck; Droopy's Street Eats; Eggroll Joe's Indy; Far-Out Fred's Food Truck; Gaucho's Fire; Gigi's Cupcakes; J&J A Taste of Home Catering; J's Lobster Truck; Johnson's BBQ; Karma Kitchen Food Truck; Lucky Louie's Street Food; Moo & Lou's; Muay Thai Mobile Kitchen; Nacho Mama's Food Truck; One Cheesy Family; Pierogiloveindy; Pork Paradise; Serendipity Mobile Catering; Simply Divine Cupcakes; Sweet Valley Ice Cream; Tandoor & Tikka; The Gauc Box; The Kickstand; Union Jack's; and Wild Boar BBQ.
