Food truck competition planned in Michigan town

The Food Truck Faceoff will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 20, at Huntington Event Park, 300 Johnson St. in Saginaw, Michigan, according to mlive.com. The event will feature more than a dozen food trucks, as well as live music and games.

The festivities will resume from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a food truck will be crowned Food Truck Faceoff Champion. A panel of judges representing the event sponsors will select the champion.

Food trucks include 5-2-oh!; Bavarian Cluck Truck; The Cheese Trap; Cowboy's Cuisine; Fire & Rice; Fortune Cooking; Los Jalapenos; Olvera's BBQ; Phat Matt's; Sweet Whimsies; T&T Concession; Wells's Kitchen; and YaEatYet?
