Food Truck Corral to return to New York town

The Food Truck Corral at The Shirt Factory art center in Glen Falls, New York, will return in June, when it will be expanded to every Thursday, according to The Post Star. The first event will be on June 7, continuing on Thursdays throughout June, July and August. 

Shirt Factory owner Eric Unkauf said he wants to build on last year's three events. He also wants to have farmers sell fresh fruit, dairy, yogurt, cheese and freshly-baked bread at the events.
