Food truck court pops up in Tennessee

Knoxville, Tennessee foodies will be happy to hear about another food truck park option.

The Karns Food Truck Court is now open for business at 8700 Ball Camp Pike. Owner Karla Goins said it was time for a food truck park in the community, according to a WABC 6 report.

"The Karns community is growing by leaps and bounds and we wanted to give back," Goins told the news outlet.

The court is open every day of the week for lunch (from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.) and dinner (from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.). The goal is to have four trucks serving during each timeframe.

"Hopefully just create a nice atmosphere that people would like to come and hang out," Goins told the news outlet.
