Food truck entrepreneur teams with students on energy saving truck

Chef Ludo Lefebvre, an acclaimed French chef who started a food truck and restaurants in Los Angeles, has teamed with technology students at a Palo Alto, California hackathon to develop a food truck called Shell Synergy Truck, featuring six clean energy solutions, according to uproxx.com, a culture news site.

The food truck features a Pavegen system, a technology that converts the pressure from human feet walking on a surface into energy. Lefebvre said he would like to put such a system in his restaurant.
